Thursday evening at the Bella Rosa Event Center at Garré Vineyard and Winery is Taste Our Terroir, a Food and Wine pairing competition with a dessert bar with additional wineries.
Cuda Ridge Wines is paired with LB Steak. Chef Romero Miraflor brings twenty-plus years of experience in Bay Area Steak and Seafood restaurants. He’s excited to bring LB Steak to the Tri-Valley Area and to partner with Cuda Ridge and the other great wineries in the area. Larry Dino is the proprietor of Cuda Ridge Wines. Larry’s passion for winemaking started in 1999 when he produced his first barrel of wine. Larry brings out the unique character of his wines by using old-world methods to balance aromas and flavor from fruit that is grown exclusively in the Livermore Valley.
