Wine Pairing at Cured Fish Bar

We are so excited about the opening of Livermore’s newest restaurant that we decided to partner with them!

We have worked with Cured to pair four (4) Cuda Ridge Wines with unique, incredible seafood bites. Each pairing is an adventure in itself! Our Winemaker Larry Dino and Chef Joe will discuss the different nuances of each course. Come join us for a unique food and wine experience.

Cured Fish Bar is a family-owned, local, restaurant offering an array of raw bar bites, oysters, crudos, and other tasty treats from the sea. The menu is Japanese-influenced in that we use Japanese curing methods and ingredients.

Tickets are only $85 per person
