You’ll start with a refreshing welcome pour of sparkling or rosé, then dive into four wines (1 red + 1 white from each winery) paired with the same dish — showcasing how each wine changes the flavor experience.

Guiding you through the journey are the winemakers themselves — Larry Dino of Cuda Ridge and Brent Amos of Las Positas — who will share their insights, showcase their wines, and make their case for why their pairing is the ultimate match.
